Intermediate Hymnplayer Book 1.

Intermediate 1 combines alto, soprano, and tenor notes to form a right-hand triad position. The left hand adds an octave to the bass notes of previously-learned accompaniment patterns. Transposition, solos, duets, and hymn stories are continued, and the key of E-flat is introduced to the solo style. This book is appropriate for church pianists who wish to enhance their playing, or any adult who comfortably reads four-part hymns from the hymnal. This is book 7 of a 12 book teaching series.
